{"id":1255,"date":"2023-08-10T17:55:21","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T17:55:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/?p=1255"},"modified":"2023-08-12T00:01:57","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T00:01:57","slug":"revivir-a-gamero-maniobra-para-intentar-sacar-del-proceso-a-la-alcaldesa-yensunni-martinez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/10\/revivir-a-gamero-maniobra-para-intentar-sacar-del-proceso-a-la-alcaldesa-yensunni-martinez\/","title":{"rendered":"Revivir a Gamero, maniobra para intentar sacar del proceso a la alcaldesa Yensunni Mart\u00ednez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Chetumal, 10 de agosto<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c1ngel Sol\u00eds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cHabr\u00eda que preguntarle al magistrado (Sergio Avil\u00e9s) si tiene algo en contra m\u00eda; yo tengo la duda de si esto ya es un tema personal, porque parece que la consigna es contra m\u00ed\u201d, afirm\u00f3 contundente la presidenta municipal capitalina, Yensunni Mart\u00ednez Hern\u00e1ndez, sobre la impugnaci\u00f3n ante la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) presentada por los magistrados electorales estatales, Sergio Avil\u00e9s Demeneghi, y la magistrada electoral en funciones Maogany Acopa Contreras, para que Luis Gamero Barranco pueda ser candidato a un cargo de elecci\u00f3n popular en 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y es que demasiadas sospechas ha levantado este recurso promovido por el magistrado presidente a pesar de ser de inter\u00e9s particular, porque a este Tribunal en m\u00e1s de 20 ocasiones le ha bateado sus acuerdos la Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, y pese a ser de inter\u00e9s general acataron la resoluci\u00f3n federal, por lo que este proceder ha levantado muchas dudas y suspicacia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Siendo que la sala regional del TEPJF recientemente confirm\u00f3 que declara inelegible a Luis Gamero Barranco hasta el 2026, tiempo que seguir\u00e1 sancionado por haber incurrido en violencia pol\u00edtica de g\u00e9nero contra Yensunni Mart\u00ednez Hern\u00e1ndez, actual alcaldesa de Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1257 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Magistrados-TEPJF.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Magistrados-TEPJF.jpg 720w, https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Magistrados-TEPJF-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yensunni Mart\u00ednez anticip\u00f3 que sus abogados se encuentran analizando esta situaci\u00f3n, por lo que no descarta presentar una denuncia en contra de estos dos funcionarios electorales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNunca se hab\u00eda visto que un magistrado haga esto en contra de una afectada; me siento vulnerada, triste y frustrada; no puedo creer que a estas alturas esto est\u00e9 ocurriendo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNo s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de esta impugnaci\u00f3n, cual es la motivaci\u00f3n, pero vamos a determinar la v\u00eda que tomaremos\u201d, anticip\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La mun\u00edcipe morenista no descart\u00f3 que esto sea producto del \u201cfuego amigo\u201d, o que alguien est\u00e9 interesado en sacarla de la contienda electoral del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, pero dijo que por el momento los responsables son estos dos magistrados electorales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cParece que me quieren fuera del proceso electoral del 2024; parece que no quieren que est\u00e9 aqu\u00ed, pero eso lo viv\u00ed desde el principio, esto no es nuevo para m\u00ed\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Afirm\u00f3 que no se puede ir para atr\u00e1s en los temas de derecho de la mujer, cuando todas las reformas que est\u00e1n llev\u00e1ndose a cabo tanto a nivel internacional y nacional son para defender y reivindicar a la mujer, y que en Quintana Roo est\u00e9 ocurriendo lo
