Asimismo, podr\u00e1n contar con un 70% en la expedici\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de licencias de conducir \u00fanicamente para tr\u00e1mites de 5 a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como el 50% en el examen optometrista de agudeza visual para conducir un veh\u00edculo de motor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3857 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Solidaridad-Incentivos-Fiscales3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"394\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con estos beneficios fiscales se promueve el pago puntual y el apoyo a la ciudadan\u00eda para que se regularice. Es por ello que en la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos y Bomberos tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1n descuento del 30% en Anuencias de bajo y mediano riesgo y un 50% en Sanciones en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3856 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Solidaridad-Incentivos-Fiscales4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"487\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a la Direcci\u00f3n de Cobranza y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, tendr\u00e1 un 50% de descuento en multas por incumplimiento a las disposiciones del C\u00f3digo Fiscal Municipal del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p><img width=\"516\" height=\"559\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A su vez, la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Urbano y Fisonom\u00eda ofrecer\u00e1 diversos descuentos en expedici\u00f3n de licencias de construcci\u00f3n, refrendos y terminaci\u00f3n en casa-habitaci\u00f3n, sanciones en materia de construcci\u00f3n, derechos en materia de licencias de demolici\u00f3n, derechos en materia de regularizaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n, constancia de uso de suelo, derechos por anuncios publicitarios, derechos por expedici\u00f3n de constancia de uso de suelo giro
