Hoy participaron cerca de nueve empresas con alrededor de 150 vacantes\u201d inform\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4096 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Solidaridad-Empleo-Inclusivo2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"410\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El funcionario puntualiz\u00f3 que el sector de personas con discapacidad va creciendo en el municipio, pues de tener un total de 32 mil personas, hoy se tiene un aproximado de 45 mil, mientras que el sector de adultos mayores era de alrededor de 27 mil personas, hoy se cuenta con 32 mil.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, recalc\u00f3 que independientemente de las ferias inclusivas que realizan mes con mes, la unidad est\u00e1 implementando el programa de inclusi\u00f3n laboral, el cual tiene la bolsa permanente, dan capacitaciones al sector empresarial, talleres de lengua de se\u00f1as y dan capacitaci\u00f3n integral constante en conjunto con asociaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4094 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Solidaridad-Empleo-Inclusivo4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"641\" height=\"294\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl objetivo es lograr la correcta inserci\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores en el \u00e1mbito laboral, hacer conciencia en que todas las personas tienen los mismos derechos. La finalidad tambi\u00e9n es abrir m\u00e1s espacios y que m\u00e1s empresas sigan teniendo la voluntad de sumar m\u00e1s espacios\u201d,
