Sol\u00eds<\/p>\n<p>Consciente de que el comercio de importaci\u00f3n en las d\u00e9cadas de los 70\u2019s y 80\u2019s tuvo un impacto muy positivo en la econom\u00eda de Chetumal y que durante mucho a\u00f1os sus habitantes han so\u00f1ado con el retorno de esta bonanza a la capital del estado, gracias a las gestiones que hiciera la gobernadora Mara Lezama ante el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, logr\u00f3 que el decreto presidencial se modificara para declarar a Chetumal como Zona Libre con est\u00edmulos fiscales para los empresarios que deseen venir a establecerse.<\/p>\n<p>Mujer con gran visi\u00f3n, comprometida con generar oportunidades a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de empresas y con el decidido apoyo del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Mara Lezama anunci\u00f3 que la capital del estado volver\u00e1 a contar con una zona libre de comercio que sin duda ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar la econom\u00eda de esta ciudad, la cual se sostiene principalmente por la actividad burocr\u00e1tica de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada los chetumale\u00f1os vivieron directa o indirectamente del comercio de productos de importaci\u00f3n, cuya variada oferta inclu\u00eda televisiones, radios, ropa, zapatos y sobre todo la venta de licores y cigarros a precios muy accesibles, los cuales hac\u00edan muy atractiva a esta ciudad para cientos de personas conocidas como fayuqueros procedentes de distintas partes del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7218 \" src=\"https:\/\/angelsolisnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Mara-Zona-Libre9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"368\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A diferencia del pasado, cuando la Zona Libre abarcaba un per\u00edmetro de 50 kil\u00f3metros de esta ciudad, las empresas que se establezcan y sean beneficiadas por est\u00edmulos fiscales federales, como la exenci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento del IVA e ISR, los Impuestos Aduanales y de igual forma impuestos estatales y municipales, deber\u00e1n estar operando dentro de las zonas designadas por el gobierno de Quintana Roo, como lo es el Tianguis Comercial Yum Kaax.<\/p>\n<p>Estos incentivos fiscales promover\u00e1n la atracci\u00f3n de inversiones que sin duda contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y as\u00ed darle un nuevo rostro a Chetumal, una capital que llevaba a\u00f1os esperando sin ser atendida por los gobiernos estatales y federales.<\/p>\n<p>Faltando por publicar por parte del gobierno federal las reglas de operaci\u00f3n para conocer qu\u00e9 tipo de productos se podr\u00e1n comercializar, el monto de la franquicia que habr\u00e1 para quienes adquieran productos en los negocios que se establezcan en el Tianguis Yum Kaax y otros factores que hagan m\u00e1s atractiva para la inversi\u00f3n esta zona libre en el sur del pa\u00eds que se sumar\u00e1 a enormes proyectos en desarrollo, como el Tren Maya y la ampliaci\u00f3n del Aeropuerto Internacional de Chetumal.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que reconocerle a la gobernadora Mara Lezama su persistencia para que en la recta final del gobierno de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador el sue\u00f1o que ten\u00edan de que Chetumal volviera a brillar, est\u00e9 a punto de convertirse en una realidad.<\/p>\n<p>Es tiempo de cambiarle el rostro de ciudad olvidada a Chetumal, y con la llegada de inversiones y los mega proyectos que ha logrado concretar Mara Lezama, la capital del estado recuperar\u00e1 su brillo y
